About IRRADIANCE, aka (IR):

Launched in early 2025, offering mobile wellness services focused on health optimization through heat, cold, light, and hydration. (IR) operates out of a large, comfortable enclosed trailer, fully equipped to power the offerings:

• Infrared Saunas: Two full spectrum, personal-sized infrared saunas by Therasage. Non-toxic and powerful!

• Wood-Fired Saunas: Two larger wood-fired saunas, set up outside the trailer, can accommodate 4-5 people each and offer an authentic sauna experience with eucalyptus leaves and optional löyly (steam from hot rocks).

• Cold Plunges: Portable cold plunges, oxygenated and purified with Therasage’s Ozone Bubbler, can be set up inside the trailer or outdoors on turf.

• Red light therapy: full body panel by PlatinumLED, providing seven different wavelengths of invisible Near Infrared (NIR) and visible Infrared (IR) light.

• Hydration: We also provide electrolyte replenishment to enhance recovery and general well-being.

Our goal is to create intentional wellness experiences with modern day amenities, wherever our community gathers—events, businesses, or through private bookings.

About Me:

I’m Ryan Day, founder and owner of (IR). After moving to Wilmington in 2015 to play soccer at UNCW, my career was cut short by injuries, sparking my passion for proactive health. I continue to use the modalities offered via (IR) in my own wellness journey, and I’m excited to share these benefits with others.
